Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. She won her Professional Card within a year when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her college studies. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The team finished third in the contest. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position in the Fitness Division, despite having zero expectations. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. The first step is warming up before going on to exercises. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Converting all the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
